NOTICE OF DATA BREACH

At Burrow Construction Inc. (“Burrow’s”), we are committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of your personal information. We are posting this notice because Burrow’s was recently the victim of a ransomware attack that may have resulted in unauthorized access to certain personal information.

WAS I AFFECTED BY THIS INCIDENT?

Burrow’s is in the process of providing separate, written notification to affected individuals for whom we have mailing addresses. We are posting this notice pursuant to state law.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On September 22, 2025, Burrow’s discovered that it was the victim of a ransomware attack. Burrow’s promptly investigated the incident, blocked further unauthorized activity, and took steps to terminate the third party’s access and to remediate the incident. On December 30, 2025, Burrow’s determined that the third party may have accessed personal information of its employees and customers. Burrow’s also reported this incident to law enforcement and is cooperating with their investigation.

WHAT INFORMATION WAS INVOLVED?

The information that may have been impacted varied from person to person, but may have included first and last name, Social Security Number, and some or all of the following information: date of birth; mailing address; telephone number; e-mail address; state-issued or military ID number; financial institution name and account number; credit/debit card number; health insurance, prescription, or treatment information; or digital signature.

WHAT WE ARE DOING

We take safeguarding your information seriously. We promptly terminated the unauthorized access upon discovery and worked with cybersecurity experts to investigate and remediate the incident. We have also implemented additional security controls.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Individuals whose information may have been impacted can sign up for two years of credit monitoring by following the instructions in written notification letters that are being mailed. As always, we also encourage individuals to remain vigilant and continue reviewing account statements for unusual activity.
