Post-frame MAXIMIZES Barndo success!
Barndo designer Stacee Lynn, leading Barndominium builders, and customers alike are excited by the design possibilities and dynamic success of their post-frame Barndominium projects.
I have to tell you, I'm super excited to be here at NFBA, National Brain Builders Association, and we've partnered with Burroughs on Barndominium floor plan catalog, and it's super exciting. Look at this, guys. Look how awesome this is. This sketchbook has plans that start at just under 500 square feet and go over to 5,000 square feet. Lots of really good ideas, lots of really some bundles with some flair and some style. One of the great things about this particular sketchbook is we can help your clients visualize what their product is gonna look like. We can look at the windows, we can see it in three d. Building a home is very expensive, right? So we wanna make sure that you get it as the builder, you get it right, and us as the designer that we get it right, so that the client is happy. Then they go out and tell all their friends and family, you need your designs by Stacy Lynn, and you need your project done by Burroughs for the supply. This has been a great collaboration with Burroughs. We've really enjoyed this, and we're hoping that we're bringing something that's really unique to the market, that we're taking great barndominium designs, pairing it with a fabulous supplier who can help barn door builders build better barn doors.
What's up guys? Josh Helm here, Texas Best Construction, and I'm out of the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex area. I'm really excited to be here. We're at the NFBA, the National Frame Building Association. I've enjoyed visiting with our friends here at Burroughs and collaborating with my friend Stacy Lynn. We have been fortunate to be able to solely focus on barnomanium building. All of our projects start out with floor plans and an intent design when it comes to living square footage. That means your engineered foundations, your exterior wall systems, roof systems, as well as your HVAC systems. All this is really being taken into consideration when we're looking at designing these barnaminiums. I think one of the things that's interesting to me in this industry is so many different ways that you could go about to build a Barnum and E. Obviously we are heavy into the steel frame, but we're also looking at other options. As you're advancing and you're moving into the industry, it's better to understand maybe when one thing becomes a little more advantageous than the other. Ultimately, we are just excited to learn and to glean and to look into what's making other people be successful in this industry.
